The recipes I have cooked come from magazines, newspapers, cookbooks, online sources, and television. Most of the time however, I put things together from my own tasting palate and substitute herbs and spices if the recipe allows for change. I have found that when I see something on television or when I am walking by a magazine stand I take interest in whatever catches my eye. Then I think of how I can put my own twist on the meal with the ingredients I already have in my kitchen. I hope you enjoy some of the items on my website.
