1 medium or large avocado
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 1/2 tbs fresh lime juice
1/4 cup walnuts
Heat toaster oven to 350 degrees
Place walnuts on foil or small sheet pan and toast – set aside when done
While walnuts are toasting, place peeled avocado in food processor with salt, pepper and lime juice. When walnuts have cooked, add to food processor. Process until almost smooth. Serve with sauté of salmon.
